Horrible Experience. Where to start. I worked with Reggie and at first everything was great. I told him what I wanted and the way I wanted the leads to work (meaning how many per week leads to send until the total number purchased would be reached). First of the leads are terrible and almost 80% are wrong number. I also did not get all the information promised for the a lead. I called them and they promised to fix it and send me another log that had the same issue and the prospect didn't even own homes. The company stated that the IT guy will work to fix it and they resent me the same exact log with no change (they removed the emails actually to make it look like a new log). I called and spoke to a manager and what they did is promising to fix the issue but send me 2500 leads all at once with no email. The agreement was to get 215 a week. Once again spoke to them and told them about refund and that I did a charge back. The management is very sneaky they try to tell you want you want to hear and say they tried to fix the issue so the charge back would not work and you get stuck paying for leads that don't work. Waste of $1200 with this company.
Great article..thanks for sharing…but i need your advice..if you dont mind..i run site with amazon affiliate and can i run this site with other affiliate network like wayfair or CJ in same time, like one product review article with 2 option purchase place, amazon and wayfair. Or doing like that make my site banned from Amazon or other affiliate network. Please give me your advice for that problem because i read in Amazon User Aggrement,i not find about use other affiliate in same site…thanks for your advice
Mistake #3: Giving your friend’s product a glowing review without actually being familiar with your friend’s product. This happens a lot in the affiliate marketing (and book marketing) world unfortunately. It’s a “scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours” type of situation. By all means, give your friend a glowing review, but if you haven’t actually read their book or taken their course or tried their product, don’t talk about it as though you have. Readers deserve honest recommendations! (Here’s an example of me helping to announce the launch of my friend’s book while being clear I hadn’t read it.)
Always fill out the comment box to “sell” your platform. If you are given the opportunity to explain why you are interested in a program, do it! Use the space to highlight why you would be an asset to the program. Talk about how your audience is their audience. Talk about the size of your mailing list (if it’s significant). Talk about your success with similar programs. Talk about where and how you will promote (hopefully you’ve done a bit of research so you know what they’re hoping for). Don’t sound desperate and certainly don’t lie about anything, but be upfront and honest about how this will be a win for them.
Take advantage of marketing tools whenever possible. Many affiliate programs offer useful resources to their affiliates aimed at helping affiliates make more sales. These range from monthly newsletters highlighting upcoming sales, tips or affiliate case studies, Facebook Groups just for affiliates, private webinars explaining marketing strategies in depth and more. Ultimate Bundles does this exceptionally well.

When do you want to get started?  If you are just starting and have no audience then some of the programs may not accept your application to become an affiliate, while others will let you get set up in minutes.  If you want to get started straight away then make sure you’re applying for programs that are less restrictive.
